We started our business 2 years ago and have been struggling ever since to get our logo and other graphic needs met. Lauren is an exceptionally talented and patient designer who worked with us to create the graphics, embellishments, and fonts across two different sites. For our first site, I e-mailed with her continuously over a week and a half to get the graphics exactly as we wanted them and she put up with all of our craziness and "nitpickiness" . . . even when I e-mailed her three separate suggestions in less than five minutes. Our first site has gotten so many compliments and we love the way it looks! For our second site, we just needed a few graphics created and she pulled the whole thing together in a few days, using some of the elements from our previous site and adapting them to the new idea. We love the way the graphics have turned out - it is even better than what we hoped for.

It is very rare to find a designer who can envision what we want even when we don't quite know what we want. That's what we got with Lauren and why we hired the second time, and why we will hire her any time we need to make design changes to any of our blogs. I am an avid follower of blogs. I have been encouraging myself to "just do it"...however, I am a person that HAS to have everything together and ready from the get-go. When I first emailed Designer Blogs, I was contacted by Lauren. She was quick to respond, very helpful and upbeat. She offered to do a free phone consult with me. (Which shocked the crap outta me. No one does free nothing anymore.) So, after a quick chit chat, after *I* stood her up by accident on our first scheduled time, she was polite and very helpful and walked me though the process. Then, when I first saw I got a new person named Erin to build my blog...I was soooo disappointed. I was like what????
